We send all of our items using Royal Mail First Class, which normally arrives in 2-3 business days.

This is based on a Royal Mail parcel.  We charge £3.95 for deliveries, however for orders over £50, postage is free of charge.

We are currently only set up for UK delivery, however please get in touch for orders outside of the UK and we can provide a quote for postage.

We will happily accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item returned is in its original and unused condition, with all tags still attached and with all original packaging.

Once we have received the return we will issue a full refund minus the original delivery charge. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Simply fill in our returns form below, include this in the parcel and send it back to us at Ottoman Maison Limited, 9 Laundon Close, Groby, Leicestershire, LE6 0YZ, United Kingdom.

Please include your name, address and order number within your return. It can take up to 14 days from the date we receive your return to process your return. Once we receive your return and have made the necessary checks, we will refund back to your original payment method. Funds can take a few days to appear on your bank statement depending on your card issuer.

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate (free at your post office) be obtained when returning any item.

Our returns policy complies with The Distance Selling Regulations.

All of our collection is hand-made by local artisans. Due to the hand-made nature of our items, there may be minor inconsistences & imperfections, which we believe are part of the crafting and add to the beauty and uniqueness of the items.
